2. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on our online store to consumers located within the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Product listings and prices on the website are invitations to treat, not binding offers.
The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
All prices include applicable VAT and are shown in EUR or PLN depending on your selection.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Przelewy24, BLIK, PayPal.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods: InPost (Poland), DHL (EU).
Countries served: All EU countries.
Delivery times: Poland – 48 hours; EU – up to 5 business days.
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method used for purchase.

7. Warranty and Liability

We are liable for product defects in accordance with applicable EU and Polish consumer law.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data protection laws.
Data is collected for order processing, payment, delivery, and customer service purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law, with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published.
