REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Effective date: AUGUST 30TH, 2025

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please ship the return package to us before the 30-day period expires and send a shipping confirmation to our e-mail michal@mussme.com.

In order to receive the refund, please do the following:

A. Print and fill out the return form.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper use.

Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

4. Return Shipping & Address

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued either using the same payment method used for the original purchase or to customer's bank account listed in the return form.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at michal@mussme.com with photos of the defect.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable law.

7. EU Consumer Rights Notice

This policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and relevant Polish legislation, giving you statutory rights that are not affected by this policy.
