SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship orders using the following carriers:

  • Poland: InPost

  • European Union: DHL

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

  • Poland: approximately 48 hours from dispatch.

  • European Union: approximately 5 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs checks, or peak periods.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Costs depend on destination, shipping method, and package weight.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at kinga@mussme.com.

  • We will assist in investigating with the carrier and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped from Poland within the EU; no customs duties apply for EU deliveries. If you order from outside the EU in the future, additional duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
